Ensure good interactions between the Sales Team and all the local and Group’s stakeholders RESPONSABILITIES Develop and implement national sales strategies and plans that align with our business objectives and vision Establish and monitor sales performance metrics and KPIs, and provide regular reports and feedback to senior management Manage and grow our key accounts, and establish productive and professional relationships with decision-makers and influencers Keep the customer intelligence tools and customer platform up to date Review and update regularly the subsidiary’s commercial policy in collaboration with the Area Managers and the Customer Service Actively support the Sales team in negotiations processes with large and strategic customers and ensure that they receive high-quality service and support.
