Role overview: As a

Business Development Manager , your mission is to lead our business development and sales efforts in Retail Media for the Italian market. This role involves commercializing onsite and offsite inventory, and coordinating our partner's work in Instore retail media (DOOH & POS material campaigns) and supporting the recruitment of new retailers. Key responsibilities: Online sales: you sell to advertisers (brands/CPGs + agencies etc.) at our retail partners (e.g., Carrefour) campaigns onsite (on e-commerce website, app) and offsite (i.e., data activation of our audiences on publishers websites and social media) Partner sales (Instore, CRM): you monitor and steer the performance of our partners in Retail Media. You also work with them to propose 360° campaigns (Online and offline) to clients Stakeholder management with our key retailers (e.g., Carrefour): you are the local point of contact of Unlimitail for their teams involved in Retail Media: you support their activity and needs and ensure their success and satisfaction General point of contact for business development in Italy: you take part in events and discussions to develop business in the country (e.g., bringing in more advertising clients, making deals with media agencies) Qualifications: Experience: Relevant sales experience (ideally 3 to 7 years) in digital advertising, ideally within the retail media or related domains, with a proven record of revenue generation and high-value account management. Industry Expertise: A deep understanding of retail and advertising industries, especially digital Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional communication skills, adept at nurturing relationships with clients and partners. Leadership: Displayed leadership abilities, entrepreneurial spirit and autonomy. Results-Oriented: Proficient in analytics and problem-solving, maintaining a results-focused mindset. Negotiation: Proficiency in negotiation techniques, securing favorable deals and partnerships. Adaptability: Comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment, adapting strategies as needed.
