Entrando nel Team di Regulatory & Legal Support avrai l’occasione aiutare le Organizzazioni a prevedere ed affrontare cambiamenti del contesto normativo, a implementare programmi e controlli più efficaci, in grado di mitigare l'enorme varietà di rischi normativi.Nel nostro team operano professionisti che hanno maturato esperienze significative lavorando su progetti nazionali ed internazionali riguardanti tematiche multidisciplinari quali “Corporate Governance”, “Internal Audit”, “Regulatory Compliance”, “Security” e “Control Assurance”. Vantiamo esperienze di Risk Management universalmente riconosciute dai Board e da Top Management nazionali ed internazionali, grazie soprattutto ad un’ottica “business oriented”.#WinningRequirements and #NiceToHave Laurea: Ambito economico/giuridico/ingegneristico.

2-3 anni di esperienza maturati presso società di consulenza/studi commercialisti;Partecipazione a progetti sui seguenti item: tematiche afferenti la gestione delle dichiarazioni delle imposte dirette e indirette;tematiche afferenti la valutazione fiscale della controparte (Corretta presentazione delle dichiarazioni fiscali, analisi delle dichiarazioni, IRES, IRAP, 770, IVA); tematiche afferenti la valutazione fiscale di fornitori/business partners; tematiche di elaborazione e gestione di cedolini e di gestione contabile;Capacità di analisi critica dei processi aziendali, volta all’intercettazione di rischi e all’identificazione delle opportunità di miglioramento;Autonomia nel relazionarsi con il cliente e nel predisporre i deliverables;Capacità di supervisionare e coordinare le risorse junior;Proattività nello svolgimento del lavoro e spirito d’iniziativa;
