ocation: Milan/ Naples – Italy AXA’s Management Committee is driving a unique strategic initiative - Digital Commercial Platform (DCP) – designed to transform AXA’s value proposition. Through DCP, AXA will serve existing and new clients and partners through an evolving business model, where the focus is on risk prediction, prevention and management. AXA DCP relies on creating a platform of AXA’s risk insights, risk management, and risk prevention capabilities to enhance and support our service offering to commercial clients and third parties. End users will be able to access a broad selection of data built on existing or developing AXA assets. The platform will also create value by monetizing unique capabilities and services for our customers, aggregating, and delivering insights from unique data sets with external partners, and fostering end-customer relationships in alignment with brokers. AXA DCP aims to: Improve our underwriting pricing and claims capabilities across the commercial lines book of business of AXA Group Create a platform for risk management and prevention services Build an ecosystem of business partners In this role you will have the chance to work in a very dynamic and truly global environment, supporting business experts, and developing geospatial solutions for the DCP platform, in collaboration with the DCP product and business solutions leaders. Deliver executable plans for the development of current and future map and web services, applications, and tools within defined timelines. DISCOVER your opportunity What will your

essential responsibilities include? Work closely with the AXA XL and DCP Risk Consulting team to bolster the development of natural catastrophes and climate change solutions for AXA DCP Contribute to the development of the Climate and NatCat DCP products, leveraging core expertise in natural hazard science, particularly in meteorological and climate domains. Develop analytic data products in the area of NatCat and climate, utilizing coding skills (Python or R languages preferred) to create bespoke algorithms that inform customers about their risk profiles. Conduct bespoke analyses on NatCat and climate data to provide valuable insights and recommendations for risk management strategies. Steer DCP NatCat and Climate Change developments, offering expert guidance and insights to drive innovation and strategic initiatives in these areas. Contribute to the development of prototypal NatCat and climate applications, serving as proofs of concept for the industrialization and scaling of DCP products in these domains. We’re looking for someone who has these abilities and skills: You have full proficiency in English - other languages are a plus. You have an MSc. in Data Science, Math, Information Technology Engineering or any similar You have few years of experience as a Climate and/or NatCat analyst You have experience of building new web-based applications, following Customer requirements. You have good knowledge of IT infrastructures and databases. Experience in MS SQL and/or PostgreSQL is preferred. You have a proven scientific, data-oriented, mindset and strong data processing skills, being able to understand and process data quickly and creatively. You are used to working autonomously, you are curious and a highly motivated self-starter, you have good relationship skills and are a great team player. Proven analytical and problem-solving skills.
