Key Responsibilities:

Process Optimization

Evaluate current production processes and identify opportunities for improvement [Benchmarks, KPIs, Dashboard]

Maintain knowledge of best practices in manufacturing methods.

Identify and assess various challenges from established manufacturing standards and best practices; provide feedback to standard "owners"

Develop and implement efficient workflows to enhance productivity.

Collaborate with engineers to design cost-effective manufacturing layouts and building ergonomics for new product lines.

Quality Control

Collaborate with quality assurance teams to establish and maintain high-quality standards and Best Practices.

Implement measures to ensure consistency and accuracy in production processes. Quality prior to Efficiency.

Support regional quality manager to analyze data to identify root causes of quality issues and recommend corrective actions.

Education and Experience: University degree in Engineering or MBA

Previous experience in Process optimization and/or Project Management

Experience in Lean Manufacturing is a plus

Requirements:

Strong analytical skills, critical thinker, and problem solver

Ability to collaborate across functions and geographies

Excellent communication skills

MS office applications

Driving license class B

Fluent English, written and spoken; further foreign language skills (e.g. German, French, Spanish, Polish) is an advantage

International travel – 50%
