WHAT WILL YOU DO? Sarai parte del nostro team interno di Controllo di Gestione – Financial Reporting ed in particolare, ti occuperai di: supporto all’elaborazione, redazione ed analisi del reporting finanziario delle società del network italiano BDO verso la Direzione interna elaborazione di reportistica ai diversi dipartimenti aziendali al fine di supportare decisioni di business supporto nella predisposizione, follow-up e monitoraggio del budget annuale attraverso la verifica della coerenza dei budget, la predisposizione di tutte le informazioni per la presentazione del budget, l'analisi di scostamenti, variazioni e trend, il supporto all'identificazione delle più opportune azioni correttive, al fine di supportare il conseguimento degli obiettivi aziendali supporto alla predisposizione dei bilanci civilistici delle società del network italiano BDO con la relativa nota integrativa supportare il miglioramento continuo del processo di controllo di gestione, attraverso lo studio della struttura economica aziendale e l'individuazione dei più idonei indicatori di performance YOU ARE THE RIGHT TALENT IF YOU BRING US: sei laureato/a in Ingegneria Gestione o Economia; hai un'ottima conoscenza del Pacchetto MSOffice, in particolare Excel e Power BI hai una buona conoscenza di SQL server possiedi una buona conoscenza dell'inglese proattività, flessibilità, innovazione, determinazione, organizzazione sai lavorare in gruppo, collaborare, gestire progetti e compiti complessi hai una mentalità analitica che ti consente di approcciarti ai dati e alle situazioni in modo critico, identificando soluzioni e prendendo decisioni rapide e consapevoli YOU FEEL WELCOMED EVERY DAY BECAUSE: ti sentirai da subito parte della squadra, supportato nel proporre le tue idee e visioni respirerai un dinamismo che dà energia, un concetto di collaborazione che fa crescere la professionalità di ognuno e la qualità del team scoprirai una forma di ambizione che sposta sempre in avanti il punto di arrivo e rende appassionante il percorso per raggiungerlo apprezzerai il supporto di un People Coach, che ti aiuterà a sviluppare il tuo potenziale e le tue competenze troverai percorsi di carriera disegnati sulle tue ambizioni e capacità sperimenterai i benefici della flessibilità e dello smart working WE ARE QUALITY SEEKERS, CLIENT SUPPORTERS, TEAM BELIEVERS & PASSION PROMOTERS Ci impegniamo per offrire al paese un modello di crescita sostenibile.
