Key ResponsibilitiesAnswer customer calls, assist with basic technical issues related to solar systems, and ensure timely problem resolution to enhance customer satisfaction.Coordinate maintenance and on-site surveys, manage service documentation, and ensure tasks are completed on time.Provide clear updates to customers with patience and a friendly attitude to ensure a positive customer experience.Organize and maintain service-related documents and reports.Work with internal teams and subcontractors to ensure efficient service execution.RequirementsPrior experience in service coordination, preferably in the solar or renewable energy sector.Basic understanding of solar energy systems (preferred).Ability to clearly and politely explain technical information to customers, with patience and a friendly attitude.Ability to manage documents and handle multiple tasks efficiently.Fluency in Italian; English is a plus.
