Experienced - IT Asset Management and Cost OptimizationStiamo cercando una figura consultant/senior consultant da inserire nel team Extended Enterprise di Deloitte Risk Advisory nella sede di Milano e Roma, che lavorerà in modalità Hybrid.Il business Extended Enterprise di Risk Advisory si occupa di supportare le aziende nella valutazione e nella gestione dei rischi associati ai prodotti / servizi IT, guidandole verso un’ottimizzazione dei costi associati agli asset IT, al miglioramento della governance e dei processi IT.I servizi di interesse riguardano quelli afferenti alle tematiche di Vendor Management ovvero valutazione e gestione dei rischi associati alle terze parti (outsourcers, licenziatari, fornitori).Your RoleLa risorsa Experienced verrà inserita in un team di lavoro e si occuperà di:Pianificare e monitorare gli IT Asset mediante un processo continuativo volto a garantirne la governance e l’efficienza operativa, gestendo così le strategie e l’operatività, quotidiana e a lungo termine, degli IT Asset (Hardware, Software e Cloud)Monitorare i consumi e gli utilizzi relativi ai principali Cloud Provider, assicurando supporto continuativo nella gestione delle risorse Cloud, oltra alla manutenzione e al tracciamento degli asset aziendali all'interno del Configuration Management Database (CMDB)Essere responsabile della gestione del ciclo di vita di hardware e software partendo dalla Software selection, all’implementazione e alla dismissione, fornendo poi i principali KPI e Report standard volti a monitorare gli SLA e gli IncidentGestire le attività di IT Audit da parte dei Software Vendor (e.g., IBM, Microsoft, Redhat, Oracle).Winning RequirementsSaper gestire e governare progetti IT, conoscere ed eseguire processi di IT GovernanceSaper gestire le attività principali quali: maturità e/o valutazione tecnica, gestione del rischio, comprendere i concetti di architettura informaticaConoscenza di strumenti di IT Software Management (ServiceNow SAM Pro, Snow, Flexera, Apptio) e di IT Asset Management (Microsoft SCCM, VMware Workspace One, Ansible)Forte conoscenza delle principali componenti che sono alla base di una infrastruttura IT (Cluster, Host, VMs, Proc., Core, etc.)Conoscenza dei servizi (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) dei principali Cloud Provider come ad esempio Azure, AWS e Google e dei loro modelli di offertaForte conoscenza delle politiche di licensing dei principali software vendor come Microsoft, IBM, Oracle, SAP, VMware, Red Hat, ecc.Laurea in Ingegneria gestionale, Informatica, STEM e Business ManagementComprovate capacità di negoziazione e gestione dei rapporti coi fornitori, nonché di cogliere opportunità di mercato e supportare le attività di pre-venditaEccellente conoscenza della lingua inglese, scritta e parlata.
