Agisce quale Leader del progetto responsabile per tutte quelle attivitàinerenti la sua disciplina all’interno del progetto, in accordo con il budgetstabilito e la schedula e assicurando l’ottimizzazione dei costi. IlProject Leader gestisce un gruppo di Group Leaders e di Engineers assegnati alprogetto. Riporta al Project Engineering Manager per ciò che concerne leproblematiche legate alla commessa e all’Head Of Department in materia dirisorse e qualità dei deliverables. Attività e ResponsabilitàPrincipali Preparare e discutere con il Team di Progetto (Project Director/Project Manager e Project EngineeringManager) e l’Head Of Department la strategia da seguire per il progetto(inclusa la schedula di progetto) ed assicurare la sua applicazione per tuttala durata del progetto. Per argomenti specifici che richiedono un’elevataesperienza, i Project Leaders vengono assistiti da Group Leaders; Coordinare nella sua totalità le attività diprogettazione del Gruppo di Impiantistica assicurandone la elevata qualità edil rispetto dei tempi, in accordo con il budget stabilito; Aggiornare e discutere con l’Head Of Department il piano di allocazione risorsein accordo alla schedula di progetto; Stimolare la crescita professionale conducendoformazione tecnica a tutto il personale di Piping operante sul progetto; Organizzare incontri periodici contutto il personale di Piping operante sul progetto per informarli sul progressdelle attività; Gestire l’emissione dei disegni standard e il loroaggiornamento quando necessario. Assicurare che i requisiti contrattuali sianoimplementati attraverso le specifiche di progetto, standard e istruzioni dilavoro; Supervisionare la progettazione degli oggetticritici; Tenere sotto controllo con gli altri ProjectLeaders tutte le esigenze e gli aspetti tecnici che potrebbero incidere sullaschedula del progetto; Approvare tutta la documentazione prodotto daPiping; Fornire all’Head Of Department “feedback” in casodi problemi derivanti dall’applicazione di metodologie standard e istruzioni dilavoro; Circa 5 anni di esperienza nel Settore e nel ruolo Maire Tecnimont SpA - Registered Office - Viale Castello della Magliana 27 00148 Rome - Italy
