Strategy in Action (SiA) is the world’s first dedicated end-to-end strategy programme, specifically designed to support organisations in formulating, executing and communicating their winning business strategy, enabling them to achieve their most ambitious goals and deliver scalable growth year on year. At the core of the programme is an innovative SaaS platform that codifies strategy formulation and enables execution through a powerful yet user-friendly planning and monitoring interface. SiA represents the culmination of over a decade of experience working with clients of all sizes across a wide variety of industries, combined with rigorous academic research. Job Description As the Italian Marketing Lead, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and market penetration of our innovative product, SIA - Strategy in Action. This position demands a proactive approach to developing comprehensive marketing strategies and executing them. Below is a summary of the key responsibilities and expectations for this role: Marketing Strategy Development : Work closely with the leadership team to develop marketing strategies aimed at acquiring new partners and subscribers for SIA throughout the year. Campaign Management and Lead Generation : Take full ownership of lead generation programs and monthly campaigns designed to exceed pipeline targets. This includes managing all aspects of campaign performance across various channels such as the company’s website, LinkedIn page, white papers, webinars, events and research reports. Marketing Assets Oversight : Assume responsibility for all Italian marketing assets, including the management and updating of the public website, ensuring all content is aligned with brand standards and marketing goals. Execution : Set daily priorities for yourself and your team to meet short-term and long-term objectives (OKRs). You will not only design marketing strategies but also take an active role in their execution. Cross-functional Team Collaboration : This role is highly cross-functional, requiring coordination with product, content, and consulting teams to ensure alignment of priorities and execution plans. You will provide valuable insights into pricing, licensing, and product features to enhance lead generation and conversion rates. Qualifications Fluency in Italian and English is required. 3 years + SAAS B2B marketing experience (experience in Enterprise Software a big plus/must). You have a solid a foundation in B2B demand generation & multi-channel campaign design and execution. A track record of executing effective campaigns that engage a B2B audiences. You take pride in crafting effective and engaging copy whatever the platform (email, landing page, social media, etc.). You are naturally self-directed, operate at a high cadence, and get stuff done with minimum supervision. Confidence to experiment with different tactics, shake up strategy, adapt to new trends, to incorporate business changes, or to bounce back from subpar results. You thrive in a fast-paced start-up, target-driven environment. Additional Information Direct Report: You will report directly to the Head of Italian Operations, whilst also working closely with the Strategy in Action Management Team. Ultimate report is to the CEO.
