For the expansion of our internal team, we are looking for a: Senior Compliance Specialist Role Purpose We are seeking a highly qualified Specialis to oversee the compliance and anti-money laundering (AML) functions across our banking and non-banking entities. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our operations adhere to all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies, while also providing guidance to mitigate compliance risks. Key Responsabilities He/she will be involved in the following activities: carry out compliance assessment regarding the processes and activities assure the alignment of the local activities and procedures with the Italian regulation and the Group guidelines keep abreast of regulatory developments that can impact the branches as well as evolving best practices in compliance control identify compliance issues that require follow-up or investigation manage and monitor the annual Compliance & AML program draft opinions on compliance issue Qualification: Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in Compliance functions in the banking and financial sector (audit or internal controls) Fluent English is mandatory (written and spoken), Fluent in Italian Experience in drafting of compliance opinion, training and in working on policies and procedures Soft Skills Strong organizational skills and aptitude for problem solving Responsibility and precision for details Motivation to work in a multicultural and challenging environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with regulatory authorities, senior management, and external stakeholders. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex regulatory requirements and provide practical solutions.
