An overview of the role We are looking for a Senior Consultant for Enterprise Transformation capability, with a deep knowledge of Banking clients’ IT departments, its processes and operating models. You will have a proven record of growing client relationships through developing solutions and improvement initiatives that solve business challenges, and leading teams in strategy and transformation engagements. Why you? · 6+ years of consulting experience with deep knowledge of IT Governance · Proven experience in IT Governance projects within Banking Industry · Knowledge of Delivery Process, Operating Models and Performance Mgmt capabilities · Knowledge of Banking business process and IT/Business Demand Management · Good knowledge of Service Management process (ie: ITIL V4) · Expertise in project delivery within Agile operating model · Excellent communication, client management and negotiation skills · English is mandatory Why us?
