Are you an expert in the logistic field?Let's talkWe are looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to help us ensure effective workflow in our branch in Verona.YOUR CHALLENGES WILL BE:Supervising warehouse staff and enforce company policiesCoordinating daily warehouse activitiesMonitoring inventory levels and ensure accuracyImplementing safety standards and protocolsTraining warehouse staff on procedures and safetyEnsuring compliance with regulationsManaging relationships with service providersDeveloping and maintaining SOPs for operationsDriving continuous improvement initiativesProviding regular reports to senior managementEnsuring the delivery of the best employee experience to your teamWHO YOU ARE:You have proven at least 5yrs experience in warehouse operations and transportation managementYou have strong leadership and supervisory skillsYou have excellent organizational and multitasking abilitiesYou are familiar with warehouse management systems and transportation softwareYou have familiarity with regulatory requirements for transportation and warehousingDO YOU RECOGNIZE YOURSELF?
