Duties and Responsabilities:
Guarantee operative functioning of the store Approach customers and offer them advice on products to persuade them to buy Ensure coordination and connection with external suppliers for constant store maintenance Be an ambassador of the brand Ensure customers’ needs and resolve all customer issues Maintain high energy on the sales floor Ensure a good work environment Achieve sales goals Able to work with multiple customers simultaneously Assist all sales team members Control of checkout and bank transfers Stock activities Ensure the correct management of the merchandise The ideal candidate will have the following skills, knowledges and experiences:
Qualified Degree At least 4-5 years of experience in the role of Sales Associate/Client Advisor in fashion/luxury brands Italian and english required The Knowledge of a third language will be a plus Strong communication and interpersonal skills Professionalism and outgoing personality Good IT skills Customer oriented Excellent standing Multi – tasking abilities Able to work in a multicultural team
