As we continue growing at a fast pace, will you “Dare to Grow” with us?Il TUO RUOLOSai affrontare le situazioni in modo analitico, pensi fuori dagli schemi e hai una forte attitudine alla relazione e al lavoro in team, mostrando capacità di comunicare efficacemente con diverse tipologie di interlocutori? Bene, potresti essere la persona giusta da inserire come Business Controller per rafforzare il nostro Team Finance presso il nostro HO di Milano (Assago). Ti occuperai di effettuare le attività di verifica, controllo e preparazione delle analisi contabili per determinare il raggiungimento degli obiettivi e strategie aziendali per una nostra specifica Business Unit.COSA FARAI?Analisi dei dati indicativi delle prestazioni aziendali, per supportare le decisioni di gestione;Supporto nel processo di rendicontazione finanziaria mensile, previsionale e per il budget annuale, nel rispetto delle regole di gruppo e delle strategie del vertice aziendale;Supporto nella stesura dei reporting periodici richiesti dalla funzione Controllo di Gestione Centrale nel rispetto dei tempi e delle modalità previsti;Supporto nelle attività di riconciliazione tra contabilità generale e contabilità di gestione della Direzione di appartenenza;Supporto al consolidamento degli indicatori chiave di prestazione, all'allineamento dei dati operativi con i dati finanziari;Cooperazione con i dipartimenti contabili interni e in outsourcing per garantire dati contabili affidabili per report interni di alta qualità;Contribuire, all’interno della funzione di Controllo di Gestione Operativo, allo sviluppo di nuovi strumenti e tecniche di rendicontazione finanziaria.COSA CERCHIAMO?Laurea in discipline economiche;Pregressa esperienza di almeno 2 massimo 4 anni nel ruolo di Controller preferibilmente maturata all’interno di multinazionali appartenenti al settore della logistica e dei trasporti;Indispensabile ottima conoscenza di Excel e delle tematiche specifiche relative alla gestione del Controllo di Gestione;Ottima conoscenza parlata e scritta della lingua Inglese;Approccio analitico e spiccata capacità di problem solving;Proattività, dinamismo e autonomia, forte orientamento ai risultati, precisione e capacità organizzative;Spiccate competenze relazionali e comunicative, capacità di sintesi e presentazione.COSA OFFRIAMO?CEVA si impegna a seguire procedure di assunzione eque e a garantire a tutti i dipendenti la possibilità di sviluppare il proprio potenziale.
