La risorsa, a diretto riporto del Chief Administrative Officer, si occuperà della contabilità del ciclo passivo e supporto all’area tax. Unisciti alla nostra squadra

Cosa farai :

La risorsa dovrà occuparsi di:

Controllo e registrazione fatture d’acquisto (Italia ed estero)

Predisposizione autofatture (reverse charge ed estero)

Registrazioni di contabilità generale in partita doppia

Predisposizione scritture di assestamento e rettifica

Liquidazione iva mensile

Predisposizione adempimenti periodici IVA e altri fiscali (LIPE, IVA TR, 770 autonomi, ecc…)

Supporto allo studio fiscale nel calcolo imposte semestrale e annuale

Supporto alla predisposizione reportistica mensile da presentare alla direzione

La risorsa sarà inserita all’interno del team accounting e si interfaccerà, tra gli altri, con i responsabili della contabilità di cantiere e l’ufficio logistica e acquisti

Quali conoscenze ed esperienze cerchiamo :

Si richiede:

Laurea o diploma in ambito economico

Precedente esperienza almeno triennale in ambito contabile, preferibilmente in aziende di servizi e/o in studi commercialisti

Conoscenza approfondita ambiente Microsoft Office (in particolare Excel)

Conoscenza principi fatturazione elettronica ed IVA

Capacità di comunicazione e di lavorare in team

Capacità organizzative e di gestione del tempo per rispettare le scadenze assegnate

Gradita conoscenza gestionale Microsoft Navision/Business Central
