The
Nurse Manager, ICU Stepdown
will be responsible for the day to day operations of the department, mentoring and leading a team, ensuring the highest level of patient safety and quality, regulatory compliance, and building positive and collaborative relationships across all levels

Nurse Manager, ICU Stepdown Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required
RN Active License State of Maryland
At least two (2) years of nursing leadership experience in the acute care hospital setting (minimum Supervisor level managing a team)
Proven track record in managing and mentoring teams, ensuring best practices and providing your team with the tools it needs to be successful
Adaptive and engaged leadership style, and able to work collaboratively across all levels
