This role requires a strong leader with a deep understanding of engineering principles, manufacturing processes, and team management.About the Job: Lead and manage the manufacturing engineering and maintenance teams to meet production goalsTrain, mentor, and develop team members to enhance their skills and performanceDevelop and implement manufacturing processes that optimize efficiency, quality, and costDetermine how to use resources to meet schedules and goals. Adjust resources as needed to ensure projects stay on schedule and on budgetLead engineering projects, particularly where analysis of situation or data requires evaluation of a variety of factors, including an understanding of current business trendsMonitor and analyze production data to drive continuous improvement initiativesEnsure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standardsAbout You: Bachelor or university degree in Engineering (Automation/ Industrial Engineering)5+ years of experience in a manufacturing engineering role, with at least 2 years in a managerial positionStrong knowledge of manufacturing processes, Lean manufacturing, and Six Sigma methodologiesExperience with global manufacturing companies preferredWritten and verbal communication skills in both Italian and English languagesAdvanced knowledge of MS OfficeStrong attention to detail and highly organizedAbility to multi-task, compromise, and solve problemsExcellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think criticallyLittelfuse strives to empower associate growth and development in a culture of ongoing collaboration and respect for diverse global perspectives and expertise.
