Listed on the Milan Stock Exchange, the Group is among the global top-ranking engineering contractors.The contract will be an apprenticeship.Following a period in the office, the possibility of work experience at one of our projects may be considered. Role Description.The role is intended to shadow and train directly with the HS Manager to whom he/she reports. Verifies and ensures that all field activities are conducted in accordance with TCM's HSE policy, regulations, standards and procedures, promoting all necessary preventive and corrective actions.Activities and main responsibilitiesSupports the supervisor in performing job hazard analysis (JHA) and participate in job safety analysis (JSA);Supports in verifying the adequacy and implementation of the site HSE Plan and all related procedures, preparing any revisions;Update HSE documentation during all phases of construction when deemed necessary;Verify, together with the manager, that subcontractors perform their activities in accordance with all applicable HSE procedures, regulations and standards, promoting all necessary actions to ensure compliance with such procedures and regulations;Organize, coordinate and directly participate in HSE training activities at the site;Alongside the manager, organize and participate in all HSE meetings at the site, prepare the relevant MOM;Organize, in case of workplace accidents, a comprehensive investigation of the event, aimed at identifying corrective measures to prevent recurrence;Support in maintaining the accident record, identifying areas for prevention action;Promote staff indoctrination/training;Prepare the HSE section of the monthly progress report and other periodic reports;Prepare and update site HSE statistics, check performance against project and company HSE goal, targets and performance indicators;Propose a recovery plan in case of mismatch.Knowledge and QualificationsYour skills are:The ideal candidate should possess a bachelor's degree in Environmental and Land Use Engineering, Prevention and Safety Engineering or equivalentPassion for the construction and oil and gas or petrochemical industries or minimal experience on heavy construction sites with mechanical, electrical and piping installations.Knowledge of OSHA construction regulations and lockout requirementsCustomer-oriented approach
