What you’ll do:Responsible of AFM VG EMEA business controlling and Site Controller South Africa Site.

"AFM Business Controlling•

Act as Business Partner to the Aftermarket Director and Senior Leadership by advising and counselling on the financial implications of aftermarket strategies, product lineup and Inventory management.•

Develop and coordinate the OES and IAM Businesses profit plans, strategic plans, monthly forecasts, goals & objectives, financial reconciliations, reports and analysis for Senior Leadership audience, including Targets variance details and recommendations.•

Advise and influence Commercial Negotiations for ad-hoc deals and partnerships in line with Revenue Growth and Profitability targets of the Aftermarket business.•

Lead and monitor Quotations, Pricing List and Distributors bonuses to fit commercial strategy of each Geographic Area and Product offering, in line with Revenue and Profitability targets of the Aftermarket business.•

Lead ad-hoc projects as required •

Support Organization skillset upgrade and agility by training Area Managers in relation to product financials; P&L implications; and budget management. •

Support the Organization transformation with the definition and assessment of tailored Sales Incentive Program (SIP) for Area Managers.Site Controller (South Africa)•

Plan, manage, evaluate Business financial forecasts and operating results of assigned site/ledgers. Inform Managers of results and recommend actions to achieve Short- and Long-term Revenue, Financial and Working Capital targets•

Review, analyse and evaluate financial data and information for accuracy, consistency and transparency. Maintain integrity of financial reports and data submissions according to Regional metrics and schedules.•

Implement and monitor corporate policies and procedures, ensure financials are reported in compliance with generally accepted accounting principles and local statutory requirements•

Ensure account reconciliation process accuracy and transparency to maintain integrity of general ledger and its supporting sub-systems.



Develop and implement budgeting and financial reporting systems to provide timely and relevant information to site, region/division, and corporate management. Control and maintain adequate product costing systems for valuation and cost estimating activities.•

Establish, monitor and maintain a system of internal controls that safeguards company asset and provides for integrity and propriety of financial transactions and activities. Compliance with corporate policy, including SOX•

Evaluate and approve plant capital appropriation requests prior to region/division and corporate management approval. Monitor and report purchase commitments and spending for all capital programs. Conduct follow-up audits to ensure compliance for all significant capital investments.



Provide leadership to ensure adequate cost accounting processes are in place, including standard cost updates, physical inventory verification, periodic cycle counts, etc"

Qualifications:BS degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business AdministrationMinimum of 4-6 years in Finance Controlling. Experience in large multi-national manufacturing organizations with complex matrix structures.Skills:"preferred Operational Finance Experience onsite (>1 year) and mandatory English Knowledge, • Experience in Marketing and Sales• Knowledge of Eaton products (preferred but not mandatory)
