In ottica di ampliamento del team dedicato alla gestione dei progetti di HR Innovation, Allos | part of Fiven sta ricercando un/a nuovo/a Project Manager da inserire nel team. Il/la candidato/a ideale ha una pregressa esperienza sulla consulenza HR e si occuperà della gestione di importanti progetti di implementazione e configurazione della Suite HCM (Human Capital Management) SAP SuccessFactors, e sarà il responsabile diretto della relazione con il cliente garantendo la tenuta del budget assegnato, il rispetto delle milestone ed il coordinamento del team di lavoro. Principali compiti e responsabilità: Gestisce i progetti assegnati in termini di pianificazione delle attività, predisposizione documentazione progettuale, relazione con il cliente (aree HR e IT); Controlla e garantisce le KPI di progetto; Assicura i tempi di delivery ed individua eventuali scostamenti rispetto al perimetro in ambito; Supporta i Consultant nei progetti in qualità di advisor rispetto alle soluzioni HR proposte; Gestisce le risorse allocate sui propri progetti; Fornisce supporto commerciale in fase di pre-sales e stesura del contratto; Gestisce le issue di progetto e anticipa i rischi; Supporta la fase di business development ove necessario. Competenze e attitudini richieste: +5 anni di esperienza lavorativa in ambito consulenza/configurazione della Suite SAP SuccessFactors (o di altre suite HCM); Precedente esperienza nel coordinamento e gestione di risorse e progetti di implementazione; Conoscenza dei principali processi HR e digital transformation; English fluent; Preferenziale Laurea in Economia, Management, Matematica, Ingegneria o affini; Ottime capacità organizzative, di comunicazione e di negoziazione; Disponibilità a brevi trasferte soprattutto in Italia; Proattività; Attitudine al lavoro in team e capacità di lavorare per obiettivi. Faranno la differenza: Flessibilità e buone capacità di Problem Solving; Spirito collaborativo; Curiosità ed attitudine a mettersi in gioco per evolvere all’interno della nostra organizzazione.
