Job PurposeManage the transport of the Rare Disease products products from our distribution HUBs to the clients and to the intercompany warehouses.Key ResponsibilitiesLiaise with Transportation company to organize and monitor goods pick up from CMO/Production sites to Subsidiaries/Customers HUB.Ensure all shipment documentation adheres to standards and is compliant GDP requirements.Oversee timeliness and accuracy of incoming transportation and trade data, notifications and alertsProcess daily work orders, inbound & outbound logistics transactions.Liaise with Logistics Providers to resolve any shipment issues.Reconcile weekly and monthly inventory and related transactionsOwn relationship with cross-functional stakeholdersRequired Skills and ExperienceAt least 5 years experience in managing international transportationPrevious pharma experience will be considered a plusTechnical CompetenciesGood knowledge of microsoft Office, SAPRequired LanguagesFluent English
