Be one of our sensational talent BUSINESS ANALYST Requirements Degree in scientific/technical field or equivalent professional experience; Good functional analysis skills and testing procedures; Good knowledge of MSOffice (Excel, PowerPoint, Access); Good knowledge of SQL and relational databases (

Oracle and MSSqlServer

), as well as XML; Knowledge of banking and/or TLC and/or insurance industry; Availability to business trips; Very good knowledge of Italian and English both written and spoken; Knowledge of another language (e.g. French, Arabic) will considered as a plus. What You Are Going To Do Managing the functional analysis process: requirements gathering and feasibility analysis, functional design and drafting of project documentation: SRS (Software Requirements Specification) following CRIF projects’ standards, planning time and cost to enable new implementations or customizations; Planning, defining and performing test cases, documents drafting; Managing the project delivery and training to users; Participating to internal work groups to develop new solutions or integrated solutions based on synergies and proactive relationships with the client and other business units; Liaising with Markets and CRIF Global Technologies for the definition of project requirements; Managing pre-sales phase supporting Sales/Consulting areas when required; How we can empower your career together: A young and dynamic work environment where you learn from the best CRIF professionals; Possibility of an exchange to any of the countries in the CRIF world; We will continuously improve your skills with tailored classroom training and learning on the job; Structured professional growth path.
