Operational Buyer In this role, you will purchase goods, materials and services to ensure that the operational needs of the company are met, taking into account price, quality and delivery ensuring continuity of supply.Your ResponsibilitiesCompile demand for materials and services based on the purchasing requisition of the departments.Clarify quality requirements and specifications with the respective department.Obtain offers and compare in terms of cost, quality, specifications etc.In the case of complex goods or services, create a comprehensive tender in alignment with the requisitioner.Compiling offers and forwarding them to the requisitioner.Renegotiate prices and other conditions, if necessary, select the best offer and prepare the order.Execute subsequent orders under the same conditions.Creation of orders in the ERP systemRecording and tracking of order confirmationsMonitor delivery dates, complain, if necessary, clarify quantity differencesAnalysis of purchases and savings Preparation and Implementation of Tenders and Projects Support of regular reporting on purchasing key figuresSupport of various internal and external audits for purchasing-related topicsYour ProfileTechnical or business education with professional experience in Purchasing or Supply Chain ManagementExperience in operational purchasingGood knowledge of Italian and EnglishSound methodological competence in Purchasing.Computer literate: MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, MS TeamsYears of experience in use of state-of-the-art ERP systems, preferable SAPWe offerAside from a dynamic global culture and leading market position, we are proud to offer our employees development opportunities and competitive salary:Permanent ContractFlexible hours or remote work environment available for certain positions.Employee Bonus program.Why Oerlikon:*** ADD EVP Employer Branding Key Messaging ***Can you identify with this position and are you looking for a new challenge?
