As the Industrial Controlling Manager you will report to the Chief Financial Officer and you will play a crucial role in optimizing our manufacturing processes, ensuring cost efficiency, and maintaining high-quality standards across our production facilities. How you will contribute Manage financials of 2 production sites (Milan, Valenza) Control monthly production costs (labor, activity rate, overheads)Prepare the budgetMonitor and optimize product costing by providing financial guidance to sourcing, planning and manufacturing departmentsMonitor margins vs targetMonitor inventory level

Set up the industrial control framework Prepare ad hoc analysis to support management in manufacturing/sourcing decisionsManage a team of one controllerQualifications and competenciesBachelor’s degree in Economy/Business Administration or Engineering8 years of experience in finance department, industrial controlling role in a manufacturing company is a mustStrong command of Information Systems, knowledge of Stealth is a plus Strong communication skills Excellent problem solving skillsRigorous and organizedAble to work independentlyFluent in EnglishJob TypeRegularStart Date2024-05-01ScheduleFull timeOrganizationPOMELLATO S.P.A.SummaryLocation: MILANOType: Full time
