Gestione dei rapporti tra il team trasporti ed i magazzini e gestione dei trasportatori per le spedizioni dai siti italiani, delle loro performance e delle trattative in termini di costo e servizio. ·

Fornire ai CSD Export Desk europeo tutte le informazioni necessarie relativa alla merce in uscita, (partenze, tempistica, corrieri, arrivi, prove di consegna , ecc), in modo da garantire la puntualità delle consegne, allo scopo di rispondere alle esigenze dei clienti. ·
Provvedere alla corretta gestione delle merci in fase di importazione dai paesi extra UE attraverso emissione di documentazione utile ai fini dello sdoganamento delle merci, mantenendo rapporti con gli agenti doganali. ·
Contribuire all’individuazione di eventuali irregolarità, attraverso l’utilizzo del sistema dei reclami QNS, fornendo tutte le informazioni necessarie per la risoluzione dei problemi e trasferendo l’applicazione delle misure correttive e di prevenzione, che aiutino a migliorare il servizio di spedizione. ·
Organizzare e gestire le urgenze e la spedizione dei trasporti express. ·
Gestire la disponibilità dei trasportatori in caso di resi dal cliente finale, coordinandosi con il magazzino per l’accettazione di tali resi. ·
Supportare la funzione centrale dei trasporti attraverso statistiche interne (LOT, POD, OTA, QNS) il livello di servizio dei trasporti nonché eventuali errori nelle consegne, in modo da contribuire ad evidenziare i casi di errori più ricorrenti e provvedendo ad applicare le misure correttive necessarie. ·
Gestire processi e flussi tra transport manager / vendite e magazzini, risolvendo criticità e lavorando proattivamente per azioni di miglioramento ·
Supportare la logistica centrale nell’attivazione di mini-tender, benchmark e ricerche mirate per soluzioni di trasporto e logistica sia a livello back up o per ottimizzare flussi logistici particolario pernuove realtà ed esigenze. ·
Supportare la logistica centrale nel controllare e revisionare l’attuazione SOP – LOP. ·
Gestire il pacchetto trasportatori Italia e della gestione tariffaria (spot), di servizio e della qualità dello stesso. ·
Monitorare e verificare che le merci pericolose vengano trattate secondo normativa ADR / IATA/ IMDG in fase di carico, trasporto e scarico ·
Diploma di scuola superiore (indirizzo commerciale) ·
5/7 anni di esperienza all’interno della logistica ·
Capacità di gestione delle relazioni a tutti i livelli. ·
Conoscenza della legislazione in ambito trasporto merce pericolosa ADR-IMDG-IATA ·
Conoscenza delle regole doganali ·
Conoscenza della normativa in ambito trasporto merci (aereo, strada, marittimo) ·
Utilizzo di SAP ·
Buona conoscenza delle lingue inglese ·
