RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

As

Trainee

Sales & Marketing,

you

will

support the Sales & Marketing

department

,

mainly

the

Director of Sales & Marketing (DOSM).

The

Trainee

we

are

looking

for,

should

be

organized

and must

have

good

communication

skills and

ability

to

relate and

perform

within

: Sales, offline & online Marketing activities

but

also

PR &

communication

manage

ment

The main

tasks are

:

•

Actively

participate

in the

development

and delivery of sales plans

together

with the Director of Sales.

• Pro-

actively

helps in planning sales

appointments

, sales promotion, and follow-ups in

order

to

achieve

and

exceed

revenue targets.

•

Constantly

and

timely

updates CRM software with sales calls, account information, tasks, and projects.

• Supports in

preparing

power point

presentations

for

internal

commercial meetings and the

ones

with

investors

.

•

Contributes

ideas

to

improve

products and services

offered

.

• Reviews customer base to determine new

opportunities

for account

penetration

together

with

the DOS

and DOSM.

• Supports the PR and

Communication

manager in

delivering

the

communication

strategy

through

social media pages.

•

Contributes

in monitoring the social media agency.

• Assist Digital marketing manager in reporting and

analysis

of the data.
