Siamo alla ricerca di un Field Service Engineer (Junior) nell'area di Milano.
Compiti Sono richiesti almeno 18 mesi di esperienza nel supporto IT.
Il candidato selezionato si occuperà principalmente dei servizi di assistenza Break & Fix e IMAC nella regione Lombardia, spostandosi da un cliente all’altro nell’arco della giornata.
Questo ruolo richiederà di lavorare costantemente su standard elevati in modo indipendente.
Requisiti
Esperienza nella manutenzione e riparazione di PC (laptop e desktop), server e storage;
Altamente desiderabile: esperienza Break & Fix e/o certificazioni relative ai prodotti Dell o simili (HP, Lenovo);
Competenze in ambito Network (router, switch e firewall);
Buona conoscenza del sistema operativo Windows (Client e Server);
Buona padronanza della lingua Inglese, sia parlata che scritta;
Patente classe B;
Disponibilità ad orari flessibili e ad effettuare turni di reperibilità.
