General Services Assistant

Questa figura si occuperà di interfacciarsi con i colleghi del team Facility per tematiche inerenti ai Servizi Generali e si interfaccerà con i fornitori del brand. Si occuperà, inoltre, di: - tenere aggiornate le anagrafiche lavoratori necessarie alle attivazioni dei corsi salute e sicurezza, - organizzare le visite mediche con il medico competente, - fornire supporto nella gestione del parco auto.

Potresti essere il/la candidato/a ideale se in possesso di: - esperienza, anche breve, nel ruolo/nei servizi generali, - buona conoscenza del pacchetto Office (in particolare Outlook ed Excel), - ottime doti comunicative - ottime capacità di problem solving

Si offre: - Contratto in somministrazione della durata di un mese a decorrere dal 27 maggio fino al 28 giugno 2024, Full Time, III livello CCNL Pelli e Succedanei
