Here at CCH Tagetik we are looking for a Product Software Engineering Manager with strong leadership ability, a pragmatic outlook and experience growing teams and people to join our Development and operationsteams . As a Manager, you will use both your leadership and technical expertise to guide and enable diverse teams of highly engaged engineers. You’ll give coaching, mentorship and direction for 5/6 teams. You’ll have the skills, experience, wisdom, patience and determination to work with the team to deliver high quality software to meet our customers needs and continually improve the capacity and capabilities of the team.What You’ll Be Doing:Translate business needs into capability build up and hiring plans in own teams, play a key role in helping us continue to attract, develop and retain great engineering talentProvide regular feedback to people you lead in a caring and direct wayHelp our people set goals that will grow their careersFoster a diverse and inclusive working environment where everyone can thriveIdentify blockers, problems or red flags and ensure the teams are aware of these and take timely action to deal with themSet performance goals according to employee expectations and company needs and check the progress towards these goals with periodical check-ins, collecting feedback, and giving support and directionCascade and clarify organizational vision, strategy, goals, and procedures to team membersCollaborate with the recruiting process (candidate screening and interviews) and help define the team composition and the overall organizational designQualifications and Skills:At least a couple of years experience leading peopleSolid understanding of application&system development and Agile practicesRefined prioritization skills, to focus your time and energy where it’ll have the most impactStrong understanding of how to drive a thriving Engineering cultureExperience in coaching and developing teams career wiseData driven approach to decision makingAble to drive sustainable growth of the Engineering organization, finding, retaining and developing top talentsAble to implement evaluation criteria and career planning for engineers which address a healthy mix of technical & leadership skillsStrong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skillsFluent in Italian and EnglishWhat do we offer you at CCH Tagetik part of Wolters Kluwer? Flexible working hours where you can start between 8:00 and 10:00 and flexible working policy (3 days a week from home, 2 days a week in the office)Modern office in an old coffee factory where you can work together in teams but also connect with your colleagues.
