La risorsa sarà inserita all’interno del Solutions Development Center di Bureau Veritas e nello specifico all’interno del team Sostenibilità e si occuperà delle seguenti attività:Supportare il team in progetti di definizione di strategie di sostenibilità e valutazione degli impatti ESG sui modelli di business;Supportare il team nello sviluppo commerciale, anticipando le normative e i trend di mercato attraverso la formulazione di offering dedicate;​​​​​​​Condurre ricerche e analisi di mercato per identificare opportunità di business relative al mercato della sostenibilità;​​​​​​​Supportare ed incentivare lo sviluppo di nuove strategie, fornendo soluzioni innovative in ottica ESG;​​​​​​​Partecipare proattivamente allo sviluppo di proposte economiche;​​​​​​​Gestire e affiancare lo sviluppo del team;​​​​​​​Partecipare a team interfunzionali gestendo progetti di alto livello e strategici, coinvolgendo le giuste capacità per sostenere la consegna del progetto e l'implementazione della soluzione.Cosa ricerchiamo per avere successo in questa posizione?Titolo di studi: Laurea in Economia, Ingegneria o conseguimento di titoli di studi in ambito Sustainability;Almeno 8 anni di esperienza su tematiche ESG;​​​​​​​Conoscenza dei principali framework e normative in ambito ESG;​​​​​​​Ampia conoscenza delle diverse tematiche legate alla sostenibilità (e.g. Sustainability Strategy, Sustainability Performance Management, Decarbonization, Circular economy, Sustainable Supply Chain, transizione energetica e cleantech);​​​​​​​ Esperienza rilevante nel settore energie rinnovabili (solare, eolico, idrogeno, idroelettrico, geotermico), sustainable finance, compensazioni di carbonio, audit del carbonio o modellizzazione del carbonio, mitigazione e adattamento ai cambiamenti climatici, gestione positiva della natura o delle risorse idriche;​​​​​​​Ottime capacità di problem solving e individuazione di nuove opportunità di business introducendo soluzioni innovative;​​​​​​​Ottima capacità di analisi qualitativa e quantitativa;​​​​​​​Consolidata esperienza in società di consulenza o realtà aziendali complesse;​​​​​​​Ottima conoscenza deli iplicativi MS Word, MS, Excel, e MS PowerPoint;​​​​​​​​​​​​​​Conoscenza fluente della lingua inglese.Sede: Milano o RomaCosa trovi in Bureau Veritas?La stabilità e il prestigio di lavorare in una realtà multinazionale dove poter coniugare prestazioni e integrità in un clima di fiducia, con colleghi che operano in modo responsabile, che danno prova di ambizione con umiltà e che credono nella forza della diversità e dell’inclusione.Una realtà attenta alle tematiche di Diversity, Equity & Inclusion che ha ottenuto
