Worldwide, QVC reaches more than 200 million homes via our 12 broadcast networks and reaches millions more via multiple streaming services, websites, mobile apps and social pages. In 2021, QVC International served 4.7 million customers and has more than 7,000 team members in the U.K., Germany, Japan, Italy, Poland and China.The OpportunityWe are currently looking for an experienced Senior Manager - Creative Direction and Content Production to join us in Brugherio.You will report directly to our Market Leader and you will be responsible for the creation and delivery of all multi-platform content enabling optimal customer experience and conversion.You will be responsible of developing our content strategy ensuring that the multiple content produced impacts our audiences and customers in the desired way and that they are leveraged across all our platforms.Your Impact In this role you will:Ensure the varied content production teams understand our strategic goalsMaintain the consistency of the QVC brand through content produced across platforms.Stay informed about new content types, platforms, and technology to ensure we are seizing opportunities, continually challenging our norms, ideating, and learning to continually create the best for our customers and team.Provide direction to ensure quality style guides and benchmarks are considered, current, consistently implemented.Ensure we create content to evolve the omnichannel shopping experience, supporting the integration of eCommerce, editorial, and user-generated content to maximize customer engagement.Lead the holistic implementation of all campaign, products, brand and brand measures (national and global).Lead the Content strategic vision making sure is aligned with QVC strategy.Ensure QVC brand uniformity and visual identity across all platforms, all campaigns, products, and brands.Manage Content P&L, maintaining financial control through the devising of budgets and appropriate forecasting tools.Provide role model coaching to the team to develop Content Capabilities.What You Bring To be successful in this role you will need to have:At least 8 years of experience in management and leadership of multiple operations and within a multi-platform creative environment.Degree level education.Commercial awareness and understanding of what execution strategies promote engagement and sales and how content can improve journey behaviours.Strong customer focus.Wide knowledge of content types, their delivery processes and impacts to inform decision-making and influence strategic execution.Ability to work with budgets and forecast financial outcomes.#LI-VS1#HybridJoin us as we enrich life’s everyday moments – including yours.
