. The consulting services we provide are primarily focused on Financial Analysis/Accounting/Administration, Risk Management, Strategy/Transaction, Transformation, Audit, and Compliance processes. We are looking forward to meeting talented consultants who have enthusiasm, determination, initiative, and proactivity. The qualities we are looking for in our ideal candidate include: A strong academic background in economics, business, and/or finance. Solid knowledge of corporate finance, valuation, financial analysis, and accounting. Knowledge of one or more of the following areas in the insurance sector: Insurance processes, organization and controls: audit, compliance, risk management, premiums/claims management or similar roles; Insurance products in life and/or non-life business and related regulation (IDD 2, POG, etc.). Knowledge in the main insurance rules like IFRS 17 and/or 9, Solvency II is considered a plus. Previous experience of at least two/three years in consulting, insurance and/or financial sector, audit firms, or insurance companies. Fluent in both written and spoken English. Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). Ability to work independently. Willingness to travel nationally and/or internationally.
