IT Indirect Procurement Senior Business Analyst

JOB PURPOSE Accountable for implementation, support, development, and maintenance of software application in engineering & indirect purchase domain in the industrial production team. Based on the roadmap, he/she will analyze the business needs designing potential solutions and evolution of the application in sync with IT Engineering & Merchandising Manager. RESPONSIBILITIES Collaborate in definition of new solution according to business needs Collaborate in the functional and technical analysis of the solution to be achieved Collaborate with the programmers for development activities Test the solutions and application evolutions Highlight constraints, risks and issues to IT Engineering & Merchandising Manager Ensure the solidity of the IT solutions developed Prepare new solution documentation (e.g., user manual) and share it and clarify to business team Attention to perception and satisfaction KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS Analytical skills (such as critical thinking, problem solving and proactivity) are mandatory Successful studies in business management or engineering Solid technical background, with experience in Procurement & Logistics ERP (SAP MM,& Logistic Execution & WM) Business skills: thorough understanding of warehousing and logistics fundamentals in fashion industry Good level of English (spoken and written)
