Finanz- und Rechnungswesen: • Leitung der Koordinierung der Rechnungsprüfungsprozesse für das gesamte Portfolio • Verwaltung der Einhaltung verschiedener Buchhaltungs-, Steuer- und Treasury- Angelegenheiten mit Drittanbietern, um eine rechtzeitige und genaue routinemäßige Finanzberichterstattung zu gewährleisten • Überprüfung der jährlichen geprüften Jahresabschlüsse des europäischen Portfolios nach IFRS oder lokalen GAAP Investor Relations: • Koordinierung und Unterstützung bei der Berichterstattung für Investoren sowie bei Budgetierungsprozessen • Unterstützung des Managementteams in verschiedenen operativen und administrativen Angelegenheiten Unterstützung bei Akquisitionen: • Koordinierung der Financial Due Diligence mit externen Dienstleistern zur • Unterstützung und Beratung des Akquisitionsteams bei neuen Akquisitionen • Unterstützung beim Onboarding von Dienstleistern (z. B. Buchhalter, • Wirtschaftsprüfer, externe Immobilienverwalter usw.) im Hinblick auf die Einrichtung • von Buchhaltungs-, Finanz- und Berichtsstandards Dein Profil: • Ausbildung: Bachelor- oder Master-Abschluss in Rechnungswesen, Steuern oder einer verwandten Berufsausbildung erforderlich; Chartered Public Accountant (CPA) oder andere verwandte Zertifizierungen sind von Vorteil • Berufserfahrung: 3-7 Jahre Erfahrung in der Immobilienbuchhaltung oder einem verwandten Bereich mit mindestens 2 Jahren Erfahrung in der Erstellung und/oder Prüfung von Jahresabschlüssen • Sprachkenntnisse: Fließend in Deutsch (von Vorteil) und Englisch (ein Muss) Qualifikationen: • Solide Kenntnisse von IFRS und GAAP (HGB) sowie gute Excel-Kenntnisse sind erforderlich • Fähigkeit, selbstständig zu arbeiten und gleichzeitig Prozesse zu koordinieren, als Teil verschiedener Teams zu arbeiten und den CFO zu unterstützen • Von großem Vorteil: Kenntnisse über ausländische Quellensteuern; Erfahrung mit Immobilienaktien und -anlagen; Erfahrung mit Treasury Management Unser Angebot: • Spannende, abwechslungsreiche und herausfordernde Aufgaben in einem wachsenden Unternehmen • Vertrauensvolle und leistungsorientierte Zusammenarbeit in einem hoch motivierten und internationalem Team • Raum für selbstständiges Arbeiten und vielfältige Möglichkeiten zur persönlichen Weiterentwicklung • Flexibles Arbeiten Benefits: • Home-Office möglich • Flexible Arbeitszeit • Flache Hierarchien • Bonusplan
