Comme Field Service Engineer a livello Beginner, l’individuo deve essere team oriented e flessibile, cercando attivamente di condividetre informazioni a aiutare i suo pari. Deve possedere forti skill di comunicazione sia scritte che orali. Deve dimostrare una solida metodologia di troubleshotting per riparazioni elettroniche e mantenere una conoscenza del prodotto almeno a livello intermedio.

Appredimento incrociato sui prodotti serviti e dimostra capacita’ di servire le linee X-Ray e Trace. Disponibile per lavorare su progetti speciali, alcuni on alta visibilita’. Ricerca di problemi common-mode e loro risoluzione, sia indipendentemente sia assistito. Conoscenza delle applicazioni PC (MS Word, Excel & Power Point) per riportare chiare e sintetiche informazioni secondo necessita’.

Fa troubleshooting, manutenzione, installazione e riparazione di Explosive Detection Systems (EDS) Explosive Trace Detection (ETD) equipment (CXS) e (CIS) Systems dai clienti. Mantiene i log di servizio e organizza tutti i file relativi a job di servizio fino a completamento di lavori. Quando non in viaggio, l’individuo supporta lo staff di Supporto Tecnico. Conduce chiamate di controllo con i clienti per verificare lo status dei sistemi.

Installazione sistemi Soddisfazione cliente sul campo Correctto funzionamento macchine e impianti Performance delle unit’a di controllo secondo Service Contract. Autorita’ di decision-making limitata sulla gestione clienti e attivit’a non prettamente techniche Manutenzione periodica di unita’ X-Ray e prodotti SD Gestione cliente in caso di guasto. Supporto tecnico al cliente Gestione self-tools e parti di ricambio Buona abilit’a di comunicazione e orientati al cliente e al team work. Deve essere sempre responsivo ai problemi del cliente (on duty call). Disponibile a viaggiare con breve preavviso Skills e Conoscenze Tecniche Conoscenza tecnica dei prodotti Laurea in Ingegneria o qualificazione di tecnico elettronico/automazione industriale Buona coniscenza PC e Network Conoscenza base Linux, QNX e DOS. Disponibilita per viaggiare (85% to 90% dei tempi) Conoscenza Tecnica
