Junior Demand Planner Position

In the Operations Fresh department, we are looking for a young graduate to join us as a Junior Demand Planner. The candidate will report to the Demand Manager and will be responsible for formulating short and medium/long-term sales estimates for the company's products and customers.

Main Responsibilities:

Sales forecasts by customer/item and production plant with daily detail in the short term and weekly detail in the medium term;

Follow-up on daily estimates for alignment of the forecast with the day's order portfolio and management of the relationship with Customer Service and Plants to optimize the level of service to the end customer;

Analysis of required KPIs and preparation of necessary action plans to achieve them;

Analysis of typical market demand components: baseline and promotions;

Medium/long-term forecasts with monthly timeframe and customer/item detail for budget target preparation and its annual revisions in collaboration with Sales and Marketing;

Monitoring and analysis of deviations from the forecast and from the main company objectives (budget and its revisions), both at the brand/product family level and customer level;

Preparation and participation in ad hoc meetings for sharing sales estimates in the IBP cycle;

Participation in ad hoc projects for technical development of the current tool in use;

Relationship with various internal stakeholders including IBP Manager/Demand Manager/Supply Chain stakeholders, the Customer Service team, Plants, the Agro team, Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams.

Requirements:

Degree in Management Engineering or equivalent;

Strong analytical skills and a propensity for continuous improvement;

Listening, collaboration, and teamwork abilities;

Energy and determination;

Good written and spoken English skills;

Excellent knowledge of Excel.
