The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong customer relationships, and executing effective sales strategies.Responsibilities:Sales Leadership: Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives.Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and channel partners.Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market share.Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.Market Analysis: Analyze market trends and competitive landscapes to identify opportunities.Team Management: Recruit, hire, and manage a high-performing sales team.Performance Management: Set clear performance expectations, monitor team performance, and provide coaching and feedback.Qualifications:Local Hire: Must be an Italian national.Language Proficiency: Fluent in Italian and English.Experience: Minimum of 10 years of sales experience within the consumer electronics industry.Market Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the Italian consumer electronics market.Leadership Skills: Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.Negotiation Skills: Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills to analyze sales data and identify opportunities.Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and take initiative.Team Player: Strong team player with a collaborative approach.
