Ricercatore/Ricercatrice - Materials and Structures

Fornire un contributo tecnico a progetti di ricerca (interamente o porzioni) per gli incarichi assegnati;
Gestire le scadenze e le tappe fondamentali per il completamento di progetti di ricerca sponsorizzati/interni;
Collaborare alla conduzione di ricerche e definizione di contratti tecnici collaborando con università, divisioni di Leonardo, centri di eccellenza e organizzazioni esterne;
Sviluppare e aggiornare linee guida e protocolli per le operazioni e le procedure di laboratorio e diffonde tali informazioni a gruppi di personale di ricerca che lavora nei laboratori;
Partecipare attivamente alla configurazione del laboratorio sperimentale di identificazione del sistema (approvvigionamento di materiali e attrezzature, selezione dei fornitori, ecc.) in base alla visione strategica del gruppo di ricerca;
Titolo di studio: Laurea magistrale/Dottorato in Ingegneria, Scienza dei materiali o una disciplina appropriata correlata con specializzazione in dinamica strutturale.
Seniority: Expert, 3-5 anni di esperienza.
Conoscenze e competenze tecniche: Comprensione approfondita dei principi della meccatronica/meccanica. Comprovata esperienza nell'implementazione di algoritmi di system identification (come KF, EKF e tecniche di intelligenza artificiale) per affrontare problemi strutturali statici e dinamici, preferibilmente nel settore automobilistico o aeronautico. Esperienza pratica con l'analisi agli elementi finiti, lo sviluppo di modelli a ordine ridotto (ROM) e tecniche di stima dei carichi applicate ai sistemi strutturali. Competenze specializzate nella creazione di pipeline di acquisizione dati per test meccanici, che includono componentistica hardware e software.
Rappresenta un plus: Esperienza nello sviluppo di digital-twin per sistemi strutturali.
Competenze comportamentali: Ottime capacità relazionali; Capacità di lavorare in team multiculturali e interdisciplinari; Flessibilità; Problem solving.
Conoscenze linguistiche: Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese scritta e parlata, livello B2.
Competenze informatiche: Competenza in LabVIEW (o in qualsiasi altra piattaforma di system simulation). Buona padronanza dei linguaggi di programmazione (Python, Matlab e/o C++).
Altro (es. Disponibilità a trasferte, Certificazioni specifiche…): Disponibilità a trasferte nazionali e internazionali.
