Operiamo in numerosi settori tra cui Lusso, Moda, Automotive, Ferroviario, Servizi Finanziari e Assicurativi, Sanità, Aerospazio e Difesa, Grande Distribuzione e Chimico-Farmaceutico.Per un progetto per un nostro cliente nel settore construction di Data Center, siamo alla ricerca di un*Lead Plannerper la gestione della pianificazione e del controllo avanzamento lavori di un Data Center a Milano. Il candidato selezionato sarà responsabile della creazione, gestione e aggiornamento del programma lavori, garantendo il rispetto delle scadenze e l’ottimizzazione delle risorse.Responsabilità Principali:Sviluppare e gestire il cronoprogramma del progetto, garantendo l'integrazione di tutte le attività.Collaborare con il team di progetto, i responsabili di disciplina e i subappaltatori per definire le tempistiche operative.Monitorare l'avanzamento dei lavori e identificare eventuali criticità, proponendo azioni correttive.Preparare report periodici sull’andamento del progetto e fornire aggiornamenti agli stakeholder.Coordinare le attività di pianificazione con il Construction Manager e gli altri team tecnici.Assicurare la conformità del piano lavori con i requisiti contrattuali e le normative di settore.Utilizzare software di pianificazione avanzati (es. Primavera P6, MS Project) per ottimizzare le attività di schedulazione.Partecipare alle riunioni di progetto e ai meeting di avanzamento lavori.Requisiti:Laurea in Ingegneria, Project Management, o disciplina correlata.Esperienza di almeno 8 anni nella pianificazione di progetti di costruzione complessi, preferibilmente nel settore Data Center, impianti industriali o infrastrutture critiche.Ottima conoscenza di software di pianificazione come Primavera P6 e MS Project.Capacità di analisi dei rischi di progetto e gestione di eventuali ritardi.Forte capacità organizzativa e attenzione ai dettagli.Conoscenza fluente dell’italiano e dell’inglese (sia scritto che parlato).Disponibilità a lavorare onsite a Milano per tutta la durata del progetto.MEOGROUP è un datore di lavoro per le pari opportunità.
