- Gestione delle attività nel sito di costruzione.

- Supervisiona le attività in cantiere, evidenziando eventuali criticità tecniche e organizzative del team di Gruppo, o legate all'esecuzione dei lavori da parte dell'impresa e collaborando con la Direzione Lavori per le attività di competenza.

- Coopera con la Direzione Lavori anche nell'analisi dei principali driver di produzione e delle difformità rispetto a quanto previsto, e alla valutazione di eventuali misure compensative. - Verifica che l’esecutore svolga tutte le pratiche di legge relative alla denuncia dei calcoli delle strutture. - Cura, con l’ausilio del Planner, l'aggiornamento del cronoprogramma generale e particolareggiato dei lavori e segnala tempestivamente al Direttore dei Lavori e al Construction Manager le eventuali difformità rispetto alle previsioni contrattuali, proponendo i necessari interventi correttivi. - Assiste i collaudatori nell'espletamento delle operazioni di collaudo. - Implementa un adeguato sistema di KPI per un monitoraggio continuo delle prestazioni dei contractors. - Gestisce proattivamente problemi di costruzione, mantenendo un clima costruttivo con stakeholder al fine di evitare situazioni di conflitto. - Analizza i progetti costruttivi per garantire che la fase di construction soddisfi le specifiche di design, sicurezza e budget. - Partecipa alla redazione dei budget di costruzione, delle tempistiche e della stima del fabbisogno di risorse del sito.

- Supporto a HSE e CSE per garantire la sicurezza cantiere.

- Implementa tutte le misure necessarie a far rispettare le regole di sicurezza del cantiere per ridurre al minimo gli incidenti e gli infortuni sul lavoro, secondo le procedure aziendali evidenziando le anomalie alle strutture aziendali deputate

- Supporto a funzioni di Qualità.

- Implementa tutte le misure necessarie a far rispettare gli standard di qualità per ciascuna delle fasi di costruzione.

Goals:

- Gestisce l’esecuzione delle attività di costruzione in cantiere assicurando:

- Rispetto delle norme di salute e sicurezza e dei KPI del Gruppo in materia di H&S.

- Rispetto della qualità secondo gli standard del progetto e del gruppo. Rispetto dei tempi e costi previsti per il progetto.

- Coordinamento risorse (interne ed esterne) relative alle attività di costruzione, secondo i termini contrattuali dell’appalto. - Riporta al Construction Manager e, nel caso di Direzione Lavori di Tecne, svolge anche il ruolo di Direttore Operativo.

Requisiti:

- 7+ anni di esperienza come site/ construction manager in cantiere.

- Ottima conoscenza dei principali processi costruttivi in ambiti infrastrutture/ trasporti.

- Abilità nel guidare, motivare e coordinare team di lavoro.

- Orientamento al risultato.
