Job Title: QA Investigation Analyst

Job description
OBIETTIVI/SCOPO
Collaborare alla gestione del sistema Deviazioni e CAPA
RESPONSABILITA’
Garantire una corretta gestione del sistema elettronico attualmente in uso per la gestione delle deviazioni e dei CAPA
Collaborare ad una corretta gestione delle lab investigation
Eseguire le valutazioni iniziali delle deviazioni e delle lab investigation
Eseguire la revisione preliminare dei report di investigazione
Partecipare ai diversi meccanismi operativi di sito
Collaborare alle iniziative di miglioramento continuo del sistema deviazioni e CAPA
Supportare il monitoraggio degli indicatori di performance relativi al sistema deviazioni e CAPA in accordo alle frequenze richieste dalle procedure in uso
Supportare il mantenimento dell’archivio documentale GMP relativo al proprio reparto, inclusa la responsabilità della corretta gestione della consultazione, raccolta dati, prelievo, riconsegna, archiviazione e distruzione.
FORMAZIONE E COMPETENZE:
Laurea in discipline scientifiche (Biologia, Biotecnologie, CTF, Chimica, Ingegneria o analoghe)
Conoscenza generale delle GMP e dei principali sistemi di qualità
Esperienza di almeno due anni in multinazionali farmaceutiche
Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese sia in forma scritta che orale
Ottime capacità di comunicazione (scritta e orale) e forte orientamento alle relazioni interpersonali
Senso critico ed elevate capacità organizzative
Capacità di lavorare in team
Capacità di utilizzo dei sistemi computerizzati
Ottime capacità di sintesi e capacità nel saper presentare i dati
