Job Title: PV Electrical Engineer
Milan (Hybrid)
Piper Maddox have just started working with a leading renewable energy IPP with a very unique pipeline of projects across Italy. Due to an increased volume of projects and excellent financial backing, they are looking to grow the team.
My client is seeking a Photovoltaic Electrical Engineer to join their Technical Department, supporting the full lifecycle of cutting-edge PV projects. You’ll work across design, engineering, technical validation and performance optimisation, ensuring projects meet technical, commercial and regulatory requirements.
Deliver preliminary, detailed and construction-level electrical designs for PV plants (LV/MV/HV).
Ensure compliance with electrical standards, regulations and best practice.
Degree in Electrical Engineering.
~3+ years’ experience designing complex electrical systems, ideally including photovoltaic plants.
~ Strong understanding of electrical regulations, PV technologies and industry standards.
~ Skilled user of CAD, PVsyst, Ampere and Excel.
~ Fluent in English.
