Senior Marketing Manager
Riportando direttamente al GM, la risorsa sarà responsabile dello sviluppo, implementazione e supervisione delle strategie di marketing e branding.
Collaborare con il Direttore Sales & Marketing per definire ed eseguire il posizionamento di mercato dell'hotel e garantire l'allineamento con gli obiettivi di business e i valori del marchio.
Sviluppare e gestire il piano marketing annuale e il relativo budget, assicurando coerenza con le linee guida del brand aziendale.
Ideare ed eseguire campagne di marketing e promozioni volte ad aumentare la brand awareness, la quota di mercato e l'engagement dei clienti.
Supervisionare la creazione di materiali di marketing, contenuti editoriali e creativi, garantendo coerenza nel tone of voice e nell'identità del brand.
Gestire la presenza digitale della struttura e la strategia sui social media, coordinando i calendari dei contenuti e le attività di engagement in collaborazione con l'agenzia di PR approvata.
Identificare e sviluppare partnership e collaborazioni esclusive con brand affini e istituzioni culturali per rafforzare il posizionamento dell'hotel.
Monitorare, analizzare e riferire sulle performance di marketing, PR e social media, fornendo insights e valutazione del ROI.
Esperienza minima di 5 anni in ruoli di marketing in strutture alberghiere internazionali
Forte competenza in brand management, marketing digitale e strategie di comunicazione integrata.
Mentalità creativa con un approccio strategico e orientato ai risultati.
Conoscenza della lingua inglese, una seconda lingua sarà considerata un plus.
