Adecco Consulting ricerca, per azienda leader nel settore meccanico, una figura di: Spare Parts Specialist & Repairs - Service Dept. All'interno della divisione Service Dept nell'area di mercato macchine utensili, impiantistica industriale, stampaggio plastico e grande sollevamento, La risorsa rispondendo direttamente al Service Manager, si occupera delle seguenti mansioni: Mansioni: -Analizzare le richieste di ricambi e riparazioni provenienti dai clienti -Collaborare con uffici tecnici, acquisti e commerciale per raccogliere le informazioni necessarie -Preparare e inviare offerte per ricambi e riparazioni tramite gestionale aziendale -Inserire e confermare ordini clienti, verificando disponibilita e tempi di consegna -Supportare gli uffici tecnici nella valutazione dell'obsolescenza e nella proposta di soluzioni di revamping -Promuovere la vendita di kit ricambi e scorte strategiche -Gestire ricambi in garanzia e registro reclami (ISO 9001) -Disponibilita ad effettuare occasionali sopralluoghi o interventi presso clienti in Italia o all'estero Requisiti: -Buona/ottima conoscenza tecnica di schemi elettrici e disegni meccanici -Esperienza pregressa in Ufficio Service con Gestione Diretta clienti in ambito Spare Parts / Riparazioni (minimo 2/3 anni) -Buona/ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese scritta e parlata -Buone/ottime capacita relazionali -Forte orientamento alla customer satisfaction -Capacita di lavorare in un ambiente dinamico -Importante capacita di gestione delle priorita giornaliere / settimanali -Propensione al raggiungimento degli obbiettivi lavorando in team Sede di lavoro: Full Time
