Il ruolo
Stiamo cercando un/a Project Manager che supporti lo sviluppo e la realizzazione di nuovi progetti immobiliari, assicurando il rispetto dei tempi, dei costi e degli standard qualitativi previsti.
Responsabilità principali
Gestire l’intero ciclo di vita dei progetti immobiliari, dalla pianificazione alla consegna.
Coordinare team interni ed esterni (architetti, ingegneri, imprese, consulenti, enti pubblici).
Condurre analisi di fattibilità e valutazioni preliminari dei siti.
Redigere e gestire documentazione tecnica, contratti, offerte e appalti, garantendo conformità normativa e legale.
Monitorare l’avanzamento lavori, individuare criticità e proporre soluzioni operative tempestive.
Predisporre report periodici sullo stato dei progetti per investitori, SGR e management.
Requisiti
Laurea in Ingegneria Civile , Ingegneria Edile , Architettura o Real Estate Management .
Esperienza di almeno 3 anni in ruoli di Project Management immobiliare , preferibilmente con focus su progetti di sviluppo.
Conoscenza approfondita della normativa urbanistica e ambientale.
Capacità organizzative e gestionali, leadership e orientamento al risultato.
Ottima padronanza del pacchetto MS Office e di software di project management (es. MS Project o equivalenti).
