Riportando direttamente all’Amministratore Delegato, la risorsa, coordinando il team di Accounting, avrà la responsabilità della corretta tenuta dei dati contabili, della redazione del bilancio e delle dichiarazioni fiscali, garantendo la conformità ai principi contabili e normativi nazionali. La figura sarà punto di riferimento per la supervisione delle attività amministrative, contabili e fiscali, supportando la Direzione nelle decisioni strategiche.

Supervisione e gestione delle attività contabili e fiscali, inclusa la relazione con consulenti, revisori e autorità locali e fiscali.
Redazione del bilancio d’esercizio e delle dichiarazioni fiscali periodiche, assicurando il rispetto delle normative vigenti.
Gestione documentale e digitalizzazione dei libri contabili secondo le normative.
Coordinamento e sviluppo del team contabile, pianificazione delle attività e formazione interna.
Supporto alle attività di tesoreria, gestione cespiti e implementazione di nuove procedure amministrative.
Ruolo di key user SAP per l’area finanziaria.

Diploma di ragioneria e/o laurea in discipline economiche.
Consolidata esperienza e conoscenza in economia aziendale, normativa contabile, fiscale e di ragioneria.
Ottima padronanza di Office e sistemi ERP (in particolare SAP).
Padronanza della lingua inglese.
Competenza e spirito per il business, capacità di giudizio e assunzione di rischi calcolati.
Rispetto per l’ambiente di lavoro e i colleghi, cura e modelli positivi di comportamento.
Pianificazione, organizzazione, collaborazione produttiva e gestione dei talenti.
Accuratezza dei dati contabili e rispetto delle scadenze legali.
Proposte implementate per l’ottimizzazione dei processi amministrativi e contabili.
