Analyses and optimises production processes to reduce waste and increase productivity.
Monitors production progress, ensuring that orders are not delayed.
Liaises with the technical department to respond to production information requirements: technical drawings, operating instructions, bills of materials.
Work closely with the order planning department, verifying requirements directly with the production departments.
Implement Lean Manufacturing and Kaizen projects for continuous improvement.
Monitor production KPIs (efficiency, waste, cycle times, etc.) Collaborate with the Quality, Maintenance and Safety departments to ensure compliance with standards.
Support the introduction of new technologies and production processes.
Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial).
At least 7-10 years of operational experience in production and process engineering.
In-depth knowledge of Lean Manufacturing (e.g. Knowledge of IT tools (ERP, advanced Excel, data analysis software) and graphics (CAD, Solid works, etc.).
Excellent knowledge of English to interface with the Wieland team and international customers.
