Per la nostra struttura interna, siamo alla ricerca di un/una Senior Consultant per la nostra sede di Torino.
La persona inserita, riportando al Senior Manager, sarà inserita in un contesto dove l’approccio consulenziale alla ricerca e selezione unitamente alla specializzazione per famiglie professionali e settori industriali, rappresenta il focus dell’organizzazione.
Gestione autonoma dei progetti di ricerca e selezione di profili sulla fascia di Middle e Senior Management.
Fidelizzazione dei Clienti attraverso la gestione efficace di progetti strategici.
Preferenziale Laurea in discipline Economiche/Umanistiche e/o con specializzazione in HR
si valutano positivamente anche candidature con esperienza di recruiting sul segmento Sales all’interno all’interno di Società di Consulenza e forte predisposizione alle relazioni commerciali
Forte orientamento al Cliente, alla gestione dello sviluppo commerciale e alle relazioni sia interne che esterne
Completa padronanza di Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook e della lingua inglese
Torino città + Smart-working;
