We’re trusted by major banks and financial institutions, and we’re backed by leading VC funds. As we scale across Europe, we’re looking for a Growth & Marketing Intern to support our go-to-market initiatives and gain hands-on experience across the full marketing spectrum.

This 6-month paid internship is designed for fast learners who want to make an impact from day one. The role offers a clear path to a full-time offer for those who demonstrate growth, ownership, and results.

You’ll report directly to the Growth Principal and gain exposure to every area of marketing, from strategy to execution.

As a Growth & Marketing Intern, you’ll:
• Support market analysis and research , identifying trends, competitors, and
Help manage our CRM and contribute to marketing automation workflows
• Assist with digital marketing campaigns (paid, SEO, email)
• Coordinate and schedule social media content , especially on LinkedIn
• Contribute to content strategy , including blog posts, newsletters, and
Support event planning and execution (both online and offline)
• Collaborate on PR and branding campaigns to strengthen Aptus.Help measure campaign performance and report on key growth KPIs

Currently studying or recently graduated in Marketing, Business, or related
Good writing and communication skills in Italian and English (French is a plus)
• Previous internship experience in startups, consulting or corporate
• Comfortable using digital tools (CRM, social media, analytics, or design tools
